Maison Ginestet

For over 100 years, Maison Ginestet has been a key player in the marketing of great Bordeaux wines (Châteaux, brands and Grands Crus Classés), belonging to the “small circle of great Bordeaux houses”, with 15 million bottles sold and shipped to around 70 countries.

Maison Ginestet, an international, innovative company on a human scale…

Under the leadership of Franck Lederer since 2017, Maison Ginestet has become one of the leading Bordeaux wine merchants.

Vignobles & Compagnie

It was the unifying spirit of the winegrowers of the Gard region that gave birth in 1963 to Vignobles & Compagnie, originally intended to promote the wines of the Rhône Valley.

Over the past half-century, the men and women who have built up this company have each in turn instilled this commitment alongside their partner winegrowers to boldly reveal the great terroirs of the Rhône.

A strategic location at the crossroads of three major wine-growing areas: the Rhône Valley, Languedoc-Roussillon and Provence. From here, our teams radiate outwards, to be in close daily contact with our partner winegrowers, who have placed their trust in us for over 30 years.

Vignobles & Compagnie is committed to supporting, developing and sustaining these family-run estates over the long term. In this context, in January 2017 the winery even took over Le Château des Sources, a 50ha estate in Costières de Nîmes, proof of its total investment as winemaker and winegrower.

Joseph Verdier

Verdier was founded in 1927 by Joseph Verdier. It grew from father to son, and by the 1960s had become a wine merchant of national renown.

When, in 1965, the company joined forces with the Taillan group from Bordeaux, supermarkets became its main customers, and export markets continued to grow.

A key player in Loire wines, Joseph Verdier represents over 8 million bottles shipped to more than 30 countries. In its quest for performance, the company strives to be innovative, rigorous and in close collaboration with its partners.

From 1998 onwards, privileged partnerships were created with winemakers from 9 estates in the Loire Valley (from the vineyards of Nantes to the Sancerre region) via the Verdier Quality Charter, which enables a rigorous selection of production terroirs.

Headed by JeanPhilippe LIMITO since 2026, Joseph Verdier is firmly rooted in the Loire region, with two estates: Domaine des Iris since 2008 and Domaine des Landes since 2021 in Tigné, Anjou.

Cash Vin

Founded in 1994 by Jérôme Plantey, Cash Vin is a network of wine merchants focused on the consumer, with qualified teams always ready to help you discover the winegrowers of today and tomorrow.

Buoyed by its success, a series of new shops has followed.

Offering more than 6,000 product references selected by a team of professionals who are always on the lookout for new products and at the service of the consumer, Cash Vin focuses on quality criteria where man complements nature, and sublimates it.

Cash Vin is also an ongoing quest for a taste for the daring and the unconventional, expressed in the promotion of the great winegrowers of tomorrow and little-known terroirs where the soul of the winegrower is preserved.

Nearly 30 years on, the story continues.
Today, Cash Vin has 14 shops spread across New Aquitaine, Occitania and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, with the promotion of great wines to demanding customers always at the heart of its strategy.
