For over thirty years, the Taillan Group and the Merlaut family have been renowned for their winemaking expertise, expressed through prestigious châteaux in the Médoc (Château Citran, Château Gruaud Larose….).
More recently, a range of châteaux entitled “Vignobles de terroirs” has been created. The Taillan Group is the owner and brings all its experience to bear in making top-quality wines, based on specially identified terroirs selected to give the quintessence of their appellations.
A team of talented oenologists, led by Marina Ginelli, the company’s president since 2019, oversees the technical aspects of the vineyards to ensure that the wines are carefully crafted, emblematic of the appellations from which they come, and in line with consumer expectations.
Today, Vignobles de Terroirs has 11 properties in the Bordeaux appellations: Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux, Bordeaux Supérieur , Côtes de Bourg , Fronsac Graves, Médoc, Cahors, Sauternes, Corbières and Minervois, covering a total of almost 370 hectares, 100% HVE3 and partly organic.
